The Sofar AMASSTORE GTX5000 is an energy storage unit, designed to be used in residential on-grid applications with the capability for short-term backup.

The battery has built-in BMS (battery management system), which can manage and monitor cell information, including voltage, current and temperature. In addition, the BMS can balance cell charging to extend cycle life. Various protection functions are included, such as over-discharge, over-charge, over-current and high/low temperature.

Multiple batteries can be connected in parallel using the GTX5 Battery Parallel Cable.
